These terms cover use of thegrangerreport.com, the weekly email report, and the optional text message alert program.

Who we are

The Granger Report is a Denver Metro real estate publication written and published by Jackson Granger, Licensed Broker Associate & REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, Colorado License FA.100105702, Coldwell Banker Realty. The brand name used in every message we send is The Granger Report.

Editorial content

Reports are educational and advisory. Market data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, conditions change, and nothing here is legal, tax, or lending advice. No report creates a brokerage relationship, and a specific decision deserves a specific conversation. See Methodology for how figures are sourced.

Text message alert program

By providing your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on our subscribe page, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from The Granger Report at the number provided, including links to new reports. Consent is given by you, for that number, on that page, and it is recorded with the exact wording you agreed to.

Program name and sender. The Granger Report, a real estate publication by Jackson Granger.
What is sent. Recurring marketing messages announcing new reports, with a link to read them.
Frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 1 message per week.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the program; your mobile carrier may charge for the message.
To stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been removed, and no further marketing messages after that.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to subscribe by email, to read any report, or to work with us.
Eligibility. U.S. and Canada mobile numbers, and you must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number.
Carrier limitations. Delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and messages may not be supported on every handset or carrier.

How your number is handled, and the commitment that mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Email report

The weekly email starts only after you confirm your address using the link we send. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and the preference page lets you adjust topics instead of leaving.

Acceptable use

Reports may be quoted with attribution and a link. Republishing an entire report, scraping the site, or submitting a number or address you do not control is not permitted.
