Meet the broker behind The Granger Report.
I created The Granger Report to help Denver Metro buyers, sellers, and homeowners understand the market with more clarity and less noise.

Why I publish this report
Most real estate information is either too broad to be useful, or too noisy to help.
The Granger Report is designed to slow the conversation down, look at the neighborhood-level data, and explain what it may mean in plain English. The market does not need more hype. It needs translation.
If a report leads to a conversation, that is the point. If it does not, the work still stands on its own.
What makes the report different
Neighborhood-level, not city-level.
Written by a working broker. Not a content team or an AI summary. Each issue reflects what I am actually seeing in the market that week.
Neighborhood-level focus. Denver Metro is not one market. The story in Sloan's Lake is rarely the same as the story in Parker. The report respects that.
Translated, not jargoned. Median sold price, days on market, sold-to-list, months of inventory — translated into what it may mean for buyers and sellers.
Advisory tone. No predictions, no urgency, no hype. Just context that may help you think more clearly.
Sourced and dated. Data points include their source and time period, so you can verify before making a decision.
My approach to real estate guidance
My goal is not to tell people what to do.
My goal is to help people understand their options, ask better questions, and make decisions that fit their timing, goals, and life. Real estate is a long decision. It deserves a calm one.
- Listen first. Most decisions get clearer once the goal is named out loud.
- Translate the data. Median sold price, days on market, sold-to-list, and inventory — explained clearly, with what it may mean for you.
- Move on your timeline. No manufactured urgency.
- Be honest about trade-offs. Every neighborhood, price band, and product type carries a different set.
- Verify before deciding. Market data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and conditions can change.
